SFIH Club in Miami. How do events of our community take place?

From April 7th to 9th, our San Francisco Innovation Hub community hosted another event for those seeking inspiration and experience exchange. This time, we chose the gem of Florida — Miami, where a large portion of our remarkable entrepreneur participants gathered to meet like-minded peers. Below, we share how everything unfolded and what awaited the members of our community.

When imagining Miami, each of us envisions vibrant palm trees, a shimmering ocean, yachts, architectural masterpieces along the coast, and unique individuals. It was in this very place that we embarked on our journey, selecting the Hilton Bentley hotel for participants to connect and share stories and ideas.

After lunch, we moved to the local marina, where networking continued, accompanied by refreshing cocktails and a stunning ocean view. On the three awaiting yachts, we set sail and embarked on a water tour along the golden beaches of Miami Beach, admiring the beauty of homes belonging to local magnates and film stars.

Anchoring off the shores of Miami, we transformed the three yachts into a “floating island” of networking and enjoyment. With the tunes of a talented DJ playing, we continued networking, transitioning from deckside conversations to deeper discussions on the ocean waves.

Indulging in catering delights and a variety of drinks, approximately 50 participants spent five hours immersing themselves in each other’s vivid stories, sharing experiences, and even dancing to the music.

At the end of the first day, our participants expressed gratitude for creating an atmosphere that cannot be found in other places in Miami. According to their feedback, in this wonderful corner, they discovered new horizons, a previously unseen level of organization, and the rich content of the event.

At the dawn of the second day, we gathered once again at one of the hotels in Miami Beach, where we discussed personal experiences and practices that each of us employs to maintain harmony and energy amidst the challenges of entrepreneurial life.

Our journey continued at the home of a successful IT entrepreneur in Miami Beach, whose startup became part of a major corporation, and he himself reached the heights of a technical director before selling his shares and enjoying a well-deserved break.

In this home, we spent an unforgettable evening in the company of friends from our community. All participants went through a rigorous selection process to ensure our community comprised only those who could contribute positively and adhered to the “pay it forward” principle. This evening brought together around 70 enthusiasts of success and spiritual growth.

Among the speakers was Maxim Nogotkov. He shared his experience in building his company, which allowed him to become one of the wealthiest individuals in the CIS countries, with asset capitalization exceeding 1 billion dollars. His stories inspired and ignited new energy and confidence within us.

Each of us left that evening with new insights into what to do and what to avoid in our entrepreneurial endeavors. Thus, the second day in Miami became a bright page in the history of our camp, charging us with energy and inspiration for new achievements.

The third day began with relaxation after an unforgettable party, following which we gathered in the spacious home of one of our residents. Igor, one of the company founders with an annual revenue exceeding 2 billion dollars and a leadership position in the CIS market, hosted us. The breathtaking territory of his residence included two tennis courts, a 25-meter pool, a relaxation pool, and even a soccer field.

Our goal for this day was to strengthen family bonds and get to know the families of other community members, as most participants value family values. On this day, we numbered around 100 people, including spouses and children. We played soccer, tennis, swam in the pool, and sang together. Delicious food and refreshing drinks contributed to comfort and new connections, solidifying the bond among participants.

Our 3-day camps within our community are designed to allow each participant to get to know fellow community members better, uncover their talents, become clearer and more comprehensible to each other. In this way, we learn about each person’s interests, expertise, experience, and possibilities, enriching our lives and business connections. Together, we build collective business ventures and friendships, enjoying wonderful moments spent in the company of like-minded individuals.

If you’re interested in taking part in our upcoming closed community gatherings, consider joining one of our immersion programs in Silicon Valley.

The next program is launching very soon — from April 29th to May 7th.
