It was fascinating to explore the Bay Area, Silicon Valley, and the tech companies based here. I learned more about Plug&Play's history and its ecosystem that brings together startups, large corporations, and venture capital funds. I had my first experience participating in a design thinking session, and I believe the tools it provides are highly valuable for any employee within an organization. It is particularly important when involving different departments to gather insights from employees and find solutions to problems. This is something that you truly need to 'take and run with.'

I came here with an international group of MBA students. Thanks to the San Francisco Innovation Hub, we had the opportunity to visit the Plug&Play accelerator and even meet the company's founder. The program organizers also arranged a design thinking workshop for us. We are a large group, over 50 people, and the students are thrilled with the program, just like myself. In my opinion, Silicon Valley is a special place because it gives you the impression that anything is possible, and all the people you meet here help you understand how to build valuable connections and define the idea of your own company.

This is my first time in the USA, and I'm enjoying it here. The way people think here is different from how people think in other countries. I would like to incorporate design thinking into my work. It seemed quite interesting to me that I need to first identify the values and needs in order to address any issues at work or even in my personal life. And if you have this tool, you will find solutions for everything.

This is my first time in Silicon Valley. Being here and participating in the design thinking workshop has been an incredible experience. During the seminar, we came up with several great ideas that we could implement in the future. I appreciate that during the design thinking session, you start not with the problem but with the needs and values that are important to the customers. I found this problem-solving approach and focus on critical questions very valuable.

I have been to Silicon Valley several times. I love everything about it: the great weather, intelligent people, and excellent ideas. It's just a different mindset that I enjoy exploring. I would love to come here again in the near future to gather more ideas for myself.

I found Plug & Play to be an extremely interesting company because despite having a small amount of investment, they have a lot to offer. They truly have an excellent business model that I would love to see implemented in Europe. Yesterday, during our design thinking session, we came up with a great idea for a new application that could be developed. I believe design thinking is an excellent tool for idea generation.

«This is my first time in the USA. The downtime of San Francisco is quite nice but it is really impressive here in Silicon Valley. I like the whole atmosphere — the startup spirit. The Plug&Play visit and design thinking workshop was quite a nice experience.
